O meu também parou, aí eu executei esses comandos abaixo, e voltou a funcionar.

npm install -g npm-check-updates && \
ncu -u && \
npm install && \
npm prune && npm dedupe && \
systemctl restart rr-whatsapp-api && \
systemctl status rr-whatsapp-api -l –no-pager
